- How does the marketplace work?
- FORPROPELLERS connects vetted pilots and serious buyers. Listings include required media, component details, and pilot verification badges so you can evaluate gear before making an offer.
- Do I need an account to buy or sell?
- Yes—creating an account allows us to verify your identity, protect payments, and keep your conversations synced across devices.Create your profile
- Can I reserve equipment before I pay?
- A reservation is created when both parties confirm price and availability in the in-app chat. The listing is held for 24 hours while payment completes.

We are obsessive about transparent payouts and making sure both parties feel protected during a transaction.
- How are payments handled?
- Funds are captured via secure checkout and held in escrow until the buyer confirms delivery or 48 hours after the tracking number shows delivered—whichever happens first.See the full terms
- What are the marketplace fees?
- Listing is free. A small success fee is displayed before you publish and is automatically deducted from the seller payout so there are no surprises.
- What if something goes wrong with an order?
- Open a dispute from the Messages view. Attach photos or video, and our safety ops team responds within one business day to coordinate refunds or replacement.Contact support

- How are pilots and listings verified?
- Every profile passes an ID + selfie check, and listings are reviewed for originality, serial numbers, and authenticity indicators before they go live.
- How do you keep conversations safe?
- Messages are monitored for payment red flags and attachments are scanned for malicious content. We will pause accounts that attempt to move payments off-platform.
- What accessibility features are available?
- The marketplace supports keyboard navigation, prefers-reduced-motion, text resizing, and screen readers. Reach out if you need specific accommodations during a transaction.Request accommodations

- Where can I update notification and privacy preferences?
