Description
Designed for enterprise-level operations, the Matrice 4TD Drone from DJI can work as a standalone drone when paired with an optional RC Plus 2 Enterprise controller, or with the optional Dock 3 as an automated/remote aerial deployment option. In either scenario, the Matrice 4TD delivers versatile imaging capabilities through its multicamera gimbal, as well as a robust construction that can handle extreme weather conditions. The drone also offers additional functions when paired with a second Matrice 4TD or 4D drone, and can be thoroughly managed by DJI's FlightHub 2 software.
Extreme Design
Whether you're trying to locate a lost hiker or inspect a remote power line, the Matrice 4TD is built to take on those extreme conditions. It has IP55-rated water and dust resistance, a maximum wind speed resistance of 26.8 mph for stable takeoff and landing, and low-noise anti-ice propellers for stable flight in freezing rain. When paired with a charged flight battery (not included), it is capable of up to 47 minutes of hovering flight time and up to 54 minutes of forward flight time.
Multicamera Gimbal
With a wide-angle, medium telephoto, telephoto, and infrared thermal cameras in a stabilized gimbal, the Matrice 4TD can handle surface and infrastructure inspections, ground mapping, surveillance, SAR operations, public safety missions, and much more. The cameras are further enhanced with the addition of a laser range finder and NIR auxiliary light.
Wide-Angle: 1/1.3" CMOS, 48MP, f/1.7, and 24mm format equivalent
Medium Telephoto: 1/1.3" CMOS, 48MP, f/2.8, and 70mm format equivalent
Telephoto: 1/1.5" CMOS, 48MP, f/2.8, and 168mm format equivalent
Infrared Thermal: 640 x 512 resolution, 53mm format equivalent, f/1.0, and uncooled Vox microbolometer
Laser Range Finder: Measurement range of up to 1800m at 1 Hz and 1:5 oblique distance up to 600m at 1 Hz
NIR Auxiliary Light: 6° FOV with an illumination distance of up to 600m
Dual-Drone Functions
Add a second Matrice 4TD or Matrice 4D drone to perform special dual-drone operations. One drone can hover in dual-drone rotation as the other leaves to recharge, keeping 24/7 camera and/or spotlight surveillance (spotlight not included). It can also work with another 4D/4TD drone to handle mountainous terrain, with one drone flying high to act as a transmission relay for the other.
